Note: Conference Applicants must be Prepaid in Full & Preregistered with the ADOA Office prior to September 20th2010. All Active & Associate Membership Dues must also be in good-standing with the ADOA. Applicant’s not preregistered or prepaid or not in good-standing may not gain admittance & or participate at the conference. (The ADOA does not accept any credit cards or debit card payments at any time.)
