Cancellations: A refund will be given to the “Payee” if the ADOA Office has received a written  
request from the respective Applicant prior to August 23rd, 2010. After August 23rd 2010  
no refunds will be given. (For example, the payee may be the Person, Town,             
Municipality or City that paid the applicant’s registration fee.)

Note: Conference Applicants must be Prepaid in Full & Preregistered with the ADOA Office prior to September 20th2010. All Active & Associate Membership Dues must also be in good-standing with the ADOA.    
Applicant’s not preregistered or prepaid or not in good-standing may not gain admittance & or participate at the conference.                  
(The ADOA does not accept any credit cards or debit card payments at any time.)
